My vest has gotten smaller and smaller over the years...
Now the requirements are usually-
-GPS with topo map
-a few extra shells
-one pot call (usually anodized aluminum because it's high pitched)
-4-5 mouth calls
- rolled up TP (yep, it's a must have)
- thermocell (if you hunt in the deep south you know why)
- box call
- crow call

I'm just gettin' started, so my list is neither as long nor as distinguished as some of y'alls - but it makes it easy to write out, especially since I spread it all out on the couch yesterday to make sure it was all ready!
Let's see, here..
Tags
Thermacell
Inflatable hen decoy
Couple of extra shells
Glass pot - Primos Power Crystal
Slate pot - the old man's handmade, see
http://oldgobbler.com/Forum/index.php/topic,33565.msg343107.html
2 strikers - the plastic one that came with the power crystal, and a Primos triple 7
Crow call - Faulk's c-50
Owl tube - uh, the crappy plastic HS Strut one
couple of mouth calls, a 3-reed Primos one and a Raspy Old Hen
And reading y'alls list, I know what to add next:

I have a lot of calls, but I change out my calls from time to time.
1 box
1 pot call
a few strikers
3-4 mouth calls all crammed into one call holder.
1 crow.
I owl hoot with my mouth
bottle of water and a candy car
toilet paper
and a gun full of shells
I try to go as light as possible. I hate a heavy vest

I've switched to a new backpack & fanny pack this year, so I think I'm getting all of my stuff correct:
- Spring Creek Calls Purpleheart/Cedar box call (thx Mike!)
- Billy White slate pot call & 3 Billy White strikers (hickory, purpleheart, and acrylic)
- Woodhaven Cherry Crystal Classic pot call
- old Lohman's ThunderDome crystal pot call
- Assortment of Woodhaven & DND mouth calls in an old Copenhagen can, drilled out holes top & bottom for ventilation (keeps 'em smellin' nice!)
- Gloves & leafy mask
- Extra shells
- Hunting license & hunter safety course paperwork (needed it in Texas)
- Chalk in a zip-lock bag
- Weed/brush trimmers
- Decoys & stakes
- T.P. in a zip-lock bag
- Small bottle of water
- Rubber bands
- Maps of public land properties
- Headlamp
- Butt pad (in backpack)
- Old turkey wing (for fly-down & scratchin' stuff)
- Various conditioning items (sandpaper & scratch pad stuff)
- Bug spray
- Frogg Toggs waterproof suit (if needed)
- Knife
- Knight&Hale Hale Fire (rarely used)
- HD Kodak PlaySport mini-camcorder & camo tripod (new this season!)
I think that's about it...
