Long Beard 3" #6's with a SumToy .650 (Weatherby PA-459 W/ 18.5" Barrel)

I finally got to get out and shoot the Long Beards today.  It rained all last night and almost half of the day today, but as soon as the sun started to poke through I was off to pattern!!!  Humidity was high today & I shot a 192 and a 185 at 40 yards (lasered & Taped)....I feel confident that when it dries up and gets a bit warmer I'll put up over 200 in the 10" with a 18.5" barrel.  The choke was a SumToy .650 and the gun was a Weatherby PA-459 with a 18.5" barrel.....I'm VERY pleased!!!

What Gun, barrel length and choke?  Just curious to see the difference with the same shell.

Cool.... can't wait to see the patterns!!!  It will be interesting to see the difference in the 3" vs the 3.5" from the same gun!!!

OH...my bad  ......I'm gonna hunt with the Weatherby this year.  I might try one or two of those shells through my 24" 835 w/ a SumToy .675 on Sun.

Those look real good! I been waiting for you to post up pics with that short barrel to see the results. Awesome! Waiting on my back order 3" 6's to try also. The 3" 5's were unreal, we'll see.
