Help, ID an old mouth call

My favorite mouth call has died and I have no idea who made it!  The diaphragm call is medium grey in color.  3 reeds, 2 reeds are v-cut but they are set back/staggered from the solid reed.  There is no bump/bead to determine which way was down.  I do not know if it is aluminum or plastic inside.  I believe it to be at least 5 years old, and I assume it came from a commercial call maker.  I have not been able to find a triple reed call with 2 v-cut reeds that are set back from solid reed.  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like an old Primos from their old Diamond series. Dont think they make them anymore. I used to have one years ago. Real high pitched because of the thin proph reeds.
