Monkey pod slate over glass

Had a buddy of mine who does a ton of custom wood working turn me a slate call. First one he has ever did and I think it turned out awesome! It sounds just as good as it looks which is a plus.

my buddy makes some custom wood wind instruments and uses a ton of monkey pod and he even said it was the most unique piece he had come across. Who knows though it may very well be something different.
