Longbeards out of 870?

Curious if anybody has tried the new Win. Longbeards out of a 870 yet.What choke did you use and what were the results.

My nephew uses my 870 Express and I have the RSF choke and the Stardot choke in it now.Shoots the black box Winnie 3" lead 6's pretty well to about 35 yds.He goes to school at Mizzou and he picked up 3 boxes of the Longbeards in the 3" 6's at Bass Pro to try out.Just wondering if anybody had any results/opinions.

They don't come out like a slug. The whole idea behind the epoxy is to hold the shot column together while it travels down the barrel, then it breaks apart once it hits the choke. I'd like to test this idea though and shoot one in a plain jane cylinder barrel and see if it still comes apart or stays together.

Winch says the resin shatters upon detonation, not when passing through the choke. But then you certainly can't believe everything Winch says.

So the polymer is like a buffer, since it comes apart at detonation. That would make some since. I'm just asking cause I was thinking of using it in my daughters Moss 510
