What unique way do you keep up with the number of turkeys you kill?

I don't do it for turkey, but for deer I keep a journal of all the ones I kill and notch my leather knife sheath.

Simple, count the beards or count the spurs and divide by 2.

I've kept a detailed journal since the '70's on my turkey hunts. A short synopsis of the hunt, what call or calls I used, weather conditions, whether I harvested a bird, location, ect. I refer to it each and every year.
