Nice bird. What kind of turkey is it. A rio I assume. First time I've heard of turkey's in Cali.

There are turkeys in 49 states. Only state without them is Alaska.

@ gobbler Jim it's mix of eastern and Rio at least that's what everyone like to say. Matt has them listed as Merriam turkey. And California is loaded with turkey just look at Joe's videos on the site .

and I have heard that the Rios in Hawaii gobble year round!!! If I lived there I doubt id know what the beach looked like!
