Looks like a dog to me. Curly tail in the one pic, and it also looks well groomed.

if that's a coyote he is huge. I would say its a big dog.

Although my husband and I got to see a coyote about that size last year (they say it's a new breed..,bigger and kind of an orangish/red color) I do believe that is a dog..
