Old Jack Pine tongue teaser

I finished this Tongue Teaser up today. The box is made of Jack Pine that had come down in a storm a few years ago in my back yard. It has some mineral stains in the wood, a little reddish and blue/gray color in it. I wasn't too sure how the Jack Pine would sound so I added a walnut top to it and it sounds good, I figured it would be a dull flat sounding call, but it surprised me with a clean hollow hen sound that's not as sharp as a hardwood box would be. The striker is canary.
