Hey guys!
3 Rivers All-Star 12U Baseball finished thier District 6 Tournament by defeating Belmont in the Championshp round of Round Robin play. In game 1, Harrison went 6 deep, striking out 16 on the way to a 1-0 win! His buddy, Devan followed up with great pitching performance in game 2 in a 4 inning 10 run shortened game.
The boys played fantastic, scoring 33 runs and allowing only 9 in 5 round robin games, andoutscored Belmont 11-0 in 2 playoff games!
This was a huge accomplishment for these young men. For many, this was thier last shot, and they made the most of it! Franklin has never won thier District, and it was great to bring the trophy home.
When I get the picture disk from H's coach, I will post them up.
Thanks for letting me beam with pride. I have known and coached many of these boys since they were t-ballers!
Now it's off to States!!!!!! Wish us luck!
