What choke would you guys recommend for shooting tss 7 in an 835. Thanks for the advice.
Jakes are like scotch. They are not worth a darn until they age.

DirtNap647

id say .670-.676 range

Start around .690-.710 for TSS in an 835.  But I have to ask why you are using 7's in TSS there is no need for  that large in TSS. Use 8's or 9's

I've seen awesome patterns from a Hastings 717 and a Indian Creek 720

The Star Dot choke is where it's at.  Just ask Walter.

Well he was using a 935.  But it's got the same size overbored .775 barrel.

But I will admit the one Walter shot with the .717flush Hastings choke has got the better hunting pattern that's on page 1 on that link above.

The 670s range will most likely be to tight for tss, the TSS and 835 shooter I know hasn't had any luck any tighter than 710

This is a 2 oz load of 9s shot from an 835 with a 20" barrel and an Indian Creek 720

Have you tried a Star Dot choke?

Rockhound

Nope I'm shooting a 10 bore and tss, I could be wrong but TSS like a larger e.d. than other shot, but the 12s are shooting smaller payloads as well
