lookn at the youth nova 20 guage....
with 24in barrell and a ic.555 choke...

dumb question....i want to put the limb saver slip on recoil pad on it,
                so i have to remove the factory rubber butt plate right,
                to slip on the limb saver, as stated dumb question....

No. The slip over ,slips over the factory pad .It will increase the lop however. The factory recoill pad is all you really need. Recoil is not bad on the shoulder on my Nova 20. However you need to get your cheek on the stock or it will bang your cheekbone.

I would try it with the factory pad first.  Recoil is not bad at all.
