Chemical Plant decimates 4 block area near Waco

Keep this town in your prayers. I wonder if its ammonia nitrate again.... If so, that's some badddd stuff and needs to be regulated/audited to the max in the future. I'm all for compliance audits around chemicals this dangerous. It says the explosions could be heard for 45 miles.
