The weather has been horrible here in my turkey hunting world, but I have been able to trick one so far--check it out!!  I had to wade through a beaver swamp in calf deep water way before daylight to get to "the spot" where I roosted him the night before. He gobbled all the way in the next morning—he had to fly across a little creek the beavers had dammed up and wade through a short stretch of half inch deep water.
