Over the last few years I have contacted call makers from around the country, the majority of you are here on OG, and asked for a donated call to help raise extra funds for our chapter events.

Well, here is where we spend a lot of that money...on the kids!
The James River NWTF Chapter of Bedford, VA  held its annual JAKES fishing event this past weekend and the good Lord blessed us with a great turnout and some beautiful weather!
75 kids showed up along with 90 parents to enjoy a day of outdoor fun. Numerous chapter volunteers were on hand as well.
Those of you that donated know who you are and your generosity is greatly appreciated! You will be receiving a personal Thank-You from me in the mail soon.
