where to go for a rio

I would like to go on a Rio hunt but really don't know where to go. Anyone got any advice public,semi guided etc...

Western OK has lots of public land. KS is also a good option.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons. However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.

I agree. There's some good public land in Kansas. If you want private, some decent semi-guided hunts can be found there...Oklahoma as well. It appears to get pricier when you get into Texas, though.
