Avatar pics

Can someone give me a lesson on how to post your avatar pic. Going by the old way and nothing is happening. I got an account on photo bucket and on hunting pictures. Had it before but deleted the account somehow. Thanks.

Something still wrong here. I got photos on photo bucket and it wont let me post the pic I want. When I hit the browse button 1 pic comes up that I dont want. How do you bring pics from photo bucket to ol gobbler to use as your avatar. Thanks.

No good there Bobbyx. When its done and I go back to the place for the avatars check, the dot moves into the no avatar section.
