Last year I broke the silk fan on my Jake-mobile, which is a few years old.  So I looked for a replacement online.  I could find all kinds of B-mobile fans at various online retailers but no Jake-mobile.  So I emailed Primos asking where I could find one, assuming they'd tell me where to go to buy one.  They responded back with a single sentence "What's your address?"  So, two days later I got a replacement fan.  No part cost, no shipping charges.
That's certainly a way to get me to purchase more Primos stuff.  THANKS PRIMOS!
