Poplar and Zebrawood Fat Bottom Girl !

Here is another one of my new Fat Bottom Girl longbox callers . This one is made from yellow poplar and has a zebrawood lid with holly inlays . The handle and nose are made from franquette . This one is headed to a local NWTF banquet . Thanks for looking !

That is a pretty call. Zebra Wood give a call a whole distinct different look. It is a Classy looking call, but I think I would change the name from Fat Bottom Girl.

Thanks for the kind words . The calls are "Stepside Callers " which are an improved version of my fencepost caller. The nickname " Fat Bottom Girls " was given to the calls by Scott Basehore because they reminded him of the Queen song . Scott has one of these calls in his living room and plays it everyday . Most people like the nickname and it seems to have stuck .
