Rem. barrels

Can someone tell me which Rem. barrels are overbored? And which overbored 12 gauge barrel would fit a 870 express 3 inch reciever? I would only shoot 3inch shells in the barrel. Not atempting to shoot 31/2 shells in a 3 inch reciever!!!

To my knowledge the only Remington shotguns with overbored barrels are the Remington 887's, someone correct me if I'm wrong. I have three 870's, one is a 3" express, one is an express super mag, and the other is a special purpose super mag and none of mine have overbored barrels.

The Versamax barrel is over bored. They call it Pro Bore.

Thanks gentlemen. You are right, No over bored 870 rem. barrels. Just versamax. Its an automatic. The 887 is not over borred. Many thanks.  cluck
