Is Winchester XRange done or not?

I've seen some rumors on here but I need to know if any of you guys know definitively if its a no go for these shells.

I was shooting them through a 665 KicksGT in a 3in 870. What would you suggest going to if these shells are done for?

I've shot the Win Ex Rng shells for the last two years and have a few (very few) left.  I plan to move to Hevi-13 3.5" #6. when the time comes.

I'd be curious to know myself.  I found a large cache of Winchester XR 3in. #6 at a small store for a good price and bought several boxes.  If I knew they were discontinued for sure, I'd buy a few more.

I'm only seeing them available in #4's.  #6's seem to marked "discontinued" everywhere.

Everything on the shelves right now is last years remaining stock that didn't sell, thus the 4's but no 6's.  It has always been a seasonal run and not manufactured year round.  Question is are they going to make a new run this year.  Time will tell.

Yes. There will be no more WXRHD shells loaded. The shells that have been produced and are in the various warehouses of national distributors, warehouses of big box stores or in retail store are all there will be. There are no more in the pipeline.

If you like the other brands like Federals HW , I suggest you start shopping for those asap , Federal could be tired of rising components eating up their profit margin , and the prospect of even higher prices being a deterrent for continued production - Federal announced , like Winchester did recently     
... that waterfowl offerings are discontinued , Now that Winchester has ceased their TurkeyXR ...Federal could possibly do the very same marketing strategy  - not saying they will be,  I am saying they might do that ,and Federal is more susceptible to tungsten pricing than any of the other ammo companies because their version is 15gg and  costs more to produce -- I understand 20 gauge #7's HW are real scarce these days hopefully some more will pop up in the supply line
