How conservative or liberal are the judges in that area versus other areas of the state?

Gun interest groups need to make sure that they have the right attorney(s) leading the charge.  Bad articulation of the claims and a victory for the state is worse than the suit not being filed at all.

However do not forget - although the courts have ruled that Chicago's ban is illegal,  it is still illegal and the rights are being denied.
