I would see if they have a phone number so you can call them up front.
I made an order from a company a few years back. I got shafted and never received my order, so I made a post, stating facts, not being inflamatory on the internet. They emailed me threatening to sue me for everything I had and everything my kids would ever have. That didn't sit very well with me, so I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general's office of their state. Both said THAT seller (not the one you are asking about) had a history of complaints. I ended up contacting the guy back and told him I had contacted these 2 agencies. He never bothered to respond.
