Kicks 690 w/ Nitros

Anyone shoot this combo?  I was wondering how they do.  I have had this gun and choke for a long time(20yrs.) and have always just shot lead but now wanting to try some Nitros down the tube.  Probably the mix blend.  This is out of a SP-10

I have a Browning GOLD Lite 10 and am currently shooting a kicks choke with Nitro's. It shoots awesome. I don't know the constriction. Cause it was included with the gun when I bought it.
