Why don't you PM some of the Call Makers?  They can probably build what you want, but are not going to come looking for you.  Stone Road Turkey Calls and M, Yingling make great calls for a great price.  Others on here do as well, but those are two I am familiar with.  Pappy makes some good ones as done Light's Out.  PM a few of them with what you want and have them quote you a price.  You are the one that wants a call so contact those that can make it.
