Help!!! Choke for Pro hunter 20

Folks I got a buddy who has no computer, but he has a mossberg pro hunter 20 gauge turkey gun, and his patterns are unbelievably awful!!!  He's tried the standard X full and a Carlson choke and he can't get past 20 pellets in a 10 inch at 30 yds.   He's been shooting remington #4 and #5's.  Anyone have this gun and what choke/load gets decent results??? Ok check the POA/POI on the gun.  Then get you something in the 560 to 565 range.  You will be on the money.  Some of them we do some work on the forcing cone but it is not something that has got to be did. 

Shell Fed HW 7 or hv13.

First of all, I appreciate your wanting to help your friend. A good bit of his problem is probably with his shells. He's picked a very-very difficult shell to pattern, especially with #4 and #5 shot. Even the #6 shot shell is pretty tough to pattern. If he's willing to change shells, I think he can see much better patterns even with the chokes he has currently.

The best patterns will of course come from some tungsten based shot and I'd recommend 3" Hevi-13 shells with 1.25 oz of #6 or #7 shot. If he wants to shoot lead, I'd recommend some Winchester 3" shells with #6 shot and at least 1 1/8 oz of shot. They don't have to be "officially" turkey loads, they can be pheasant loads for example, they all work.

There are some better chokes out there but I'd try a change of ammo first.
