This is the finished product of my MO gobbler I killed this year. Stats are 24#, 11" beard, 1 3/4" spurs.

Most folks fudge a little when they report on spur length, but if anything you are cutting those a little short.  Looks more than 1.75 to me.
Either way, thats an awesome bird.
