My dad has a kubota with the front loader and back hoe. Not sure what model but they are sweet machines. Seems like it has good power for the size and is easy to operate.

Kubotas are good tractors. 30 years ago they used to be a good tractor at a discounted price versus the others, today they are not discount tractors. You don't see a lot of systemic problems with Kubota, and I'd buy one without reservation.
One can do well with new Holland, JD, and Case as well. JD usually carries a premium price. There are others out there like Mahindra and Yanmar that a lot of people are happy with, others have trouble with them. Yanmar makes diesel engines for others, and I believe JD still uses some of them.

3years ago a bought a Kubota L4400 hydro with a loader, price was 20500.00 out the door. The power it has still blows my away. Tractor is small to get into the woods, but yet big enough tp pull a 3 bottom plow. Wife loves to use it around the house also.

Buy whatever tractor you like best, just so long as the color is GREEN.

I have a small New Holland. I have no gripes with it.
I noticed going thru KS and NE that when they have a LOT of land to handle, the equipment was mostly green with some CASE thrown in.
But for smaller tractors, Kubota seems to be the favorite. Definitely a quality piece of machinery.

I have a L3400 DT with a front loader and I am very satisfied with the combo. I've had them for about 4 years and the only thing that I don't like is the seat, it is uncomfortable and the cover is already coming off. I would buy another Kubota if I have to buy another tractor.
Spring turkey hunting, I love it so. FREEDOM IS NOT FREE

This past May I bought a John Deere 1026R with loader, rototiller, box scraper, & mower deck. So far I love this tractor. I also bought the quick hitch for the rear attachments. Loader and mower are a snap to take off and on. Mower has the auto connect feature. The tractor has a 26 horse power diesel in it and has done everything I have asked it do. Go check one out I think you will like it. This tractor was tractor of the year in 2011.
