Department of Homeland Security buying ammo

I heard today on a talk radio program that the Department of Homeland Security recently ordered 450 million rounds of .40 caliber pistol ammo.

A couple of weeks ago, there was a report of "tanks" being moved down the interstate and streets  in the St. Louis area.

I've never bought into conspiracy theory, but stuff like this makes a person wonder...

Heard a report yesterday that something like 52,000 people have been killed in the Mexican drug wars. That's a full on war just over the border. I wonder why we don't hear about this? Oh yeah, they're using our guns...
