Gettting My Profile pic uploaded

I can't seem to get my pics to load from my laptop or from photobucket! Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong

I had to resize my pic to 500 pixels "horizontal". It worked immediately after i did that. I had the picture saved as JPEG file on my desktop then resized it to approx 500x860 pixels. Hope this works for ya.

Well not really I used one of the board pics. I haven't resized one yet
