I won this at a NWTF banquet auction in 2006. The center is black marble with a scene etched onto it. The frame is black with a gray felt type inside border. Its hard to explain it exactly because I am not sure on the specifics. It is in the exact condition as when I received it, its just been hanging on the wall.
It is labeled 1913/2400 with the name Wilhelm j. Goebel.
I tried my best with the photos, the last pic really captures it's brilliant black color.
