H-13 #6 w/ 870 20ga??

Anyone come up with a good combo for this load? Also has anyone tried patterning the new 20ga Rem. Hevi choke?

I shot hevi 6's out of my Remington youth 870 before I sold it 6 years ago. I didn't count pellets then but it threw one wicked pattern. I remember that is put 21 pellets in the kill zone of a turkey at 40 yards. Then I just shot the regular modified choke that came with the gun.

P.G. .570, Jelly Head .570, Carlson's .570 all shoot the Hevi 6's well in the two 20 gauge 870's I've built in the last 2 years.  Sumtoy is another FANTASTIC option, all be it a tad higher priced...what you get from William though is a guaranteed happy customer experience as he won't be happy until you are...   He has quickly EARNED his reputation on this forum and others as the guy totalk to for quality custom chokes that won't drain your bank account.

have real good luck with a .575 Carlson tube in my 870 with Hevi13 or Federal FC  #6's
