screw size?

wondering if any one new what size recoil pad screws does a browning gold hunter use.  I seem to have lost mine when I took the old pad off to put a limsaver on.

in a wood stock or synthic? I think the synthic stocks use a #10 but not sure as it has been a few years.
I think the wood stocks take a #8

Just about all stocks have wood screws of various size, even syn.  Galv wood screws(1-1/4" to 1-1/2") will usually work in a pinch.  I usually have something laying around the shop when they walk off.   A quick glance at the holes in the stock and a trip by the Hdwr store should put you back in business.
