It is a great read. Tom Kelly is a master. He has a way of making you feel like you are right next to him as he tells his story......

I read it every couple years. Its weird to hear how much turkey hunting gear has changed since he wrote it.

I'm reading it again now! Had the same sense of panic when I could not find my copy of Illumination in the Flat Woods. I tore the house up til I found it....

Have yall read The Season? Is it as good? I read Fork in the Road last Spring, it wasn't near as good IMO...........
