how to post videos?

i hate being the newb, cause i'm on a ton of other forums, but i just can't figure out how to post a youtube video on this forum, can someone please help me out?

Just highlight the url from the address bar from the Youtube video and just cut and paste it into your post. There is a tutorial here as well.
