Has anyone ever made turkey Jerky?

This is what I do with most of my turkey meat.  I get the High Mountain spice mixes and follow the directions then dehydrate.  I make up a pile then freeze it for ice fishing.

I did last year with the legs since they're usually so tough and it turned out well.
