Scouting in MS today

Well I went scouting in MS here today and came up on big flock of about 30 and had a big strutter in the middle.  So evidently the toms are getting interested now with the ladies.  Could have been some more gobblers but I was focused on the strutter.

13 days till the opener.  Thought I would let some of my MS brethren know.

I saw 2 strutters with a dozen hens this morning in Grenada. Had to pull over and watch for a little while.

That's good to know they're getting ready.  12 days till the opener here, now if we can just get some warm weather to stay here we'll be all right.
