Remington 870 Express SM/choke tube/shell question

I have a .665 Indian Creek choke tube and .665 Jellyhead choke tube for my Remington 870 SM.  The best results I have seen are with the Jellyhead choke tube and Hevi-13 3/2/6, but am almost out and can't find it locally, but I can find the Magnum Blend 3/2/5,6,7 locally.  Has anyone that is running a similar setup as mine compared the 2 shells?  I would like to know any comparisons that anyone has experienced or other shells that might be suggested.  Thanks much!

Strange I just shot that combo today.  I got a 870 given to me right after I bought a Mossberg.   Shot it today with the mag blend you mentioned.  I got 209 pellets in 10" circle at 40 yards.  Similar numbers to how the Heavy 13 #6s shot.  These were out of a Jellyhead .665.
