bad day at the range

Went to the range to tune in a fastfire on my encore.
The wind was picking up and picking up until I finally gave up.
But before that I would over move the adjustments from high and left to low and right.
Some one said it before but a reminder small adjustments.
On a higher note, I designed a targert stand that will stand up to most any high wind situation.
I used bunjee cords to make support straps and keep it collapsible.
The wind was stretching the bunjees to the point where the target was leaning about 15 degrees foward and it would slack off and the target would return to its original position.
