Well I went out to listen but didn't hear a thing.  Walked around trying to find the roosting spot and how to get closer to where others are seeing them on a neighboring property.  I saw 3 long beards with 3 hens, then heard a fight I think.  Attempt at gobbling and then what I think was wing slaps, loud "pap" sounds.   Drove by this field, where I can hunt and saw the flock.  Looking good.  I didn't specifically count but there were a lot of jakes and I'd say 12-15, 3 toms, and then 10-12 hens.  3 more weeks to go.

Lookin' good, Ray.. I think the odds are in your favor with a flock like that..Good luck to you and your son...Mike
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?
If attacked by a mob of clowns, go for the juggler.
