I still have not heard a bird while scouting this year and I realized how big of an idiot I was that the same thing happened to me last year that I didnt hear any birds on the property before the season of even a week in. 2 years ago I heard some and killed one a week into season and last year they were somewhere else and Im guessing hunting pressure drove them over to our property where Im the only one who hunts there. Still got plenty of TVA property to try out but I didnt want to join the opening day rush but looks like there will be "one more cook in the kitchen". I absolutely cannot wait for Saturday!!!
