Any ideas on a fix. I thought about putting some petrolium jelly on the squeak but I didn't know if it might harm the fabric over time. Graphite maybe???

I would probably use teflon tape, graphite makes a mess.

Where is it squeaking? At pivot points? If so can you disassemble and add some teflon washers? If not, I'd go with the tape as suggested.

the fabric was squeaking on the bars. The powders fixed it. thanks to all.

Baby powder is a good suggestion.  Armor all might help too.
