Stoeger M2000 simply because of the weight.  I've owned 'em both and the 935 is just too heavy to wag around.

Stoeger M2000 due to the inertia system, very popular set up. Just look at all the hunters on here with their sbeII. But you should at least go to a shop and shoulder both and see how they fit you.
