where to mount sight?
March 07, 2012, 09:55:37 PM
Just bought a set of Williams Fire sights for my 835 which has a 20 inch barrel. Was wondering where to place the sight along the length of the barrel? I was thinking the back sight to bring it as far back as possible, any suggestions?

I think the longer the distance between the sights the easier it is to aim.

I would place it as far back as possible. However this may not allow it to be sighted into point of impact. Keep this in mind if you run out of adjustment when sighting it in.
