Hevi 13 shell

I have this #4 shell and I noticed the crimp is sunken more then the others and when I shake it I can hear the shot rattle. What's everyone think maybe an off shell?

Put some Elmers glue in it and it will be fine. Call Hevi and they will send you another box. They probably won't even request pics, they didn't when I called about the same issue two years ago.

I may have to hit 'em up again.  The last time I did that, they sent me a crappy hat instead.
