need a 2 3/4 load

need a good choke/shell combo for my daughter gun is a winchester model 140 ranger

H-13 and Fed HW both have 2 3/4" shells if you go HTL . For lead only the 2 3/4"-1 1/8-#6 " Win  load is generally good. I do not know of a 2 3/4" Fed #6 load but that would be good if it is available.

I don't know if they still make them or not,but looking around in a gunshop a couple of years ago,I came across 2 boxes of Winchester 2-3/4" 1-1/8oz #6 Magnums (25rd box) they are copper plated
I bought bought both boxes for 12.00 each

Remington has a 2 3/4 #6 with 1 1/8 oz shot.  It is labeled as just plain Remington Nitro Mag. Not the Nitro Turkey.  Cabela's and Basspro have it for about $25 for 25.  I think I am going to try a box.
