Its a Mudpuppi. he had a bunch of wood come in. I had picked out that piece of wood and came up with the combo.

Its snake wood, bronze ferrule (will dull out to a beige) and ivory mouth piece.

I like the way snakewood plays. this one and my Mero snakewood have a slightly different tone. I like it.

Craig actually owed me another trumpet from a trade we did. I was supposed to get #1 of his limited edition run he is doing out of stablilized spalted sasafras burl, ivory and sterling silver. I gave it up and told him I wanted this one. I love me some snakewood. Saw the Sassafras today...it looks good to.

He only had two left to sell out of six, now he has 3. Get em while they are hot.
