They aren't trout, but are GOOD EATING:   I am handling him real gentle...as I am getting ready to release him into a skillet of hot grease!

  They are HUGE.     Are they Steelhead Salmon ? How much did they weigh ?

Those are chinook salmon, they look big due to me only being 5' 8", LOL!!!!    THey were 20lbs each.
