Browning Silver NWTF question

Is this gun drilled and tapped? Friend ordered one and is sending it to me to install a fastfire but I cant find any info. He says it is but hasnt seen it in person yet.

Just a weaver mount.  Im kinda hoping it isnt tapped though so I can get it tapped for the marlin base.  Hes new to this so Ive been helping him along as much as I can.  He seen my speedbead and loved it but of course they dont make them for the browning. Hes wanting it to sit as low as possible but hes not understanding that the marlin base will sit the lowest

That's what I'm going to have done for him. After locating the base for the browning and realizing its a big thick one piece im going to have another hole tapped so he can use the marlin base
