When I got mine 3 years ago, I received exactly what was pictured. I won the auction with a bid for $1.00 and free shipping. Weird how it can work like that. YMMV.

The one I got on Ebay was a total of $9.38 that includes shipping, I can't complain on that price

They all vary. Be careful, as some charge a BUNCH for shipping.

YEP... GOT MY SCALE AT WALLY WORLD.. USE IT FOR BASS FISHING ALSO.. JUST A REGULAR OL  ELECTRONIC FISH SCALE.. ABOUT 20 BUCKS.. TAKES A 9VOLT BATTERY
